Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for billing, documentation, coordinating with directors, maintaining office records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare, process, and maintain customer invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Coordinate with Directors regarding meetings, schedules, approvals, reports, and follow-ups.
- Handle all office documentation, including filing, record maintenance, contracts, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required by management.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Follow up on pending payments, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative matters.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks, including employee documentation and onboarding support.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Support management with special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive documents.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration or office management.
- Experience in billing, documentation, and executive coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
