Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Online Sales Executive to join our enthusiastic team. You will play a key role in converting online leads into happy customers, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and engage with online clients who visit www.makoba.com
- Follow up with abandoned carts and convert interest into successful purchases
- Provide expert guidance on product features, comparisons, and recommendations
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase basket value
- Act as a single point of contact for clients—before, during, and after purchase
- Share shipment tracking information promptly and accurately
- Send Google review links post-delivery and collect customer feedback
- Update clients on new product launches and special offers
- Maintain client records and call status using CRM tools
- Coordinate with the packing and logistics team to ensure timely dispatches
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall online sales experience
- Be an energetic, committed member of India’s largest online pen store
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Confident in client interaction and persuasive selling
- Knowledge of luxury pens or eagerness to learn about them
- Prior experience in telesales, e-commerce, or customer support is a plus
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools
- Passionate, proactive, and willing to grow with the brand
