Area Manager – Operations- Banglore, Hyderabad & Chennai
- End-to-end new outlet opening and operations
- Manpower planning, recruitment and training
- SOP implementation and operational readiness
- Coordinate with Projects, Kitchen and Barista teams
- Monitor sales, service, wastage and manpower cost
- Outlet audits and 30–60 day stabilization
- Ensure customer experience and operational standards
- Day-to-day coordination with GM – Operations
- Ensure smooth execution of work at site
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
