About the Position
BharatCares is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator Master Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training under its CSR-funded Skill Development Programs. The trainer will be responsible for imparting practical and theoretical knowledge on CNC machine operations, preparing candidates for industry employment, and ensuring training quality aligned with current manufacturing standards.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in CNC machining along with excellent training, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Conduct classroom and hands-on practical training on CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines.
- Deliver training on CNC programming fundamentals, machine setup, tooling, offsets, and production processes.
- Explain engineering drawings, GD&T basics, measurement techniques, and machining calculations.
- Train candidates on machine safety, preventive maintenance, and quality control procedures.
- Deliver sessions in accordance with NSDC/Skill India Qualification Packs wherever applicable.
- Integrate industry best practices and latest manufacturing technologies into training sessions.
Curriculum & Assessment
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular theory and practical evaluations.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide individual coaching where required.
- Prepare students for assessments, certifications, and placement interviews.
Lab & Equipment Management
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of CNC machines and lab equipment.
- Maintain tools, consumables, measuring instruments, and workshop inventory.
- Enforce safety standards and housekeeping practices within the training lab.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, training reports, and learner portfolios.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with program teams for project implementation and reporting requirements.
Industry & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with manufacturing companies for industry exposure, guest lectures, and placement opportunities.
- Support placement drives and employer interactions.
- Stay updated with emerging CNC technologies and manufacturing practices.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
- ITI (Machinist/Turner/Fitter) with significant industry experience may also be considered.
- NSDC/SSC Trainer Certification or ToT Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 4–6 years of industry experience in CNC machining.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical training, vocational education, or industrial skill development.
- Experience working with CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines.
- Experience in automotive, precision engineering, or manufacturing industries is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in NSDC, PMKVY, CSR, ITI, Polytechnic, or Skill Development projects.
- Exposure to Training of Trainers (ToT) programs.
- Industry certifications in CNC Programming or Advanced Manufacturing are desirable.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts will be an added advantage.
Language Requirements
- Pune: English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Hosur: English, Tamil, and Kannada preferred.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel within the project region.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to manage workshop operations and practical sessions independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
