We are looking for an entrepreneurial E-commerce & Growth Manager who will own our online sales channels and help scale HOP into one of India’s leading sports nutrition brands.

Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
* Manage the Shopify store on a day-to-day basis.
* Add and update products, variants, pricing, and inventory.
* Create collections, landing pages, and merchandising campaigns.
* Set up and manage discount codes, automatic promotions, bundles, and subscriptions.
* Ensure all product pages are optimized for conversions.
* Test website functionality and checkout regularly.
* Manage Shopify apps and integrations.

Website Growth & Conversion Optimization
* Improve website conversion rate (CRO).
* Optimize product pages and customer journeys.
* Analyze user behavior using analytics tools.
* Suggest improvements for homepage, navigation, and checkout.
* Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and promotional campaigns.

Marketing Coordination
* Coordinate with our performance marketing agency to launch campaigns.
* Build landing pages for Meta and Google Ads.
* Coordinate with the creative agency for banners and website assets.
* Ensure website creatives are updated for product launches, offers, and seasonal campaigns.

CRM & Retention
* Manage email marketing campaigns.
* Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
* Create automated customer journeys, including:
* Welcome series
* Abandoned cart recovery
* Browse abandonment
* Post-purchase communication
* Review requests
* Repeat purchase campaigns
* Win-back campaigns

* Plan and execute website-wide sales.
* Launch festive campaigns and limited-time offers.
* Create bundle offers and upsell opportunities.
* Manage gift cards and referral programs.
* Optimize Average Order Value (AOV).

Track and report on:
* Website traffic
* Conversion rate
* Revenue
* Average Order Value (AOV)
* Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

* Repeat purchase rate

* Sales by product
* Channel performance
Prepare weekly and monthly business reports with actionable insights.

* Coordinate inventory availability with the Operations team.
* Ensure products remain in stock.
* Monitor stock levels before campaigns.
* Coordinate launches with warehouse and logistics partners.

Customer Experience
* Improve the online shopping experience.
* Work with Customer Support to resolve recurring issues.
* Optimize FAQs, product information, and customer communication.

Required Skills
* 2–5 years of experience managing Shopify stores.
* Experience with D2C consumer brands (sports nutrition, FMCG, beauty, wellness, or fashion preferred).
* Strong understanding of Shopify Admin.
* Experience with Google Analytics.
* Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
* Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Experience with CRM tools such as Klaviyo or similar platforms.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and project management abilities.
