The Junior Finance Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day finance and accounting operations, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense vouchers.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Assist in GST filing, TDS deduction, and other statutory compliances.
- Verify employee reimbursement claims and maintain supporting documents.
- Support payroll accounting and salary-related entries.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, basic formulas).
- Understanding of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- CMA / CA candidates are preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
- Experience as an Audit Assistant or working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) / Audit Firm will be preferred.
- Candidates with exposure to statutory audits, GST, TDS, income tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and accounting finalization will have an added advantage.
Salary
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
