Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python (FastAPI)
- Design, implement, and optimize PostgreSQL databases
- Use Redis for caching and boosting system performance
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS)
- Build robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Maintain API documentation using Postman
- Implement secure user authentication via JWT
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build integrated solutions
- Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and architecture discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1+ year of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and writing efficient queries
- Familiarity with Redis, Linux CLI, and Git
- Understanding of API design principles and microservices architecture
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Go or Rust
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or the ELK Stack
