Role Overview
We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and respond to all inquiries promptly.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality throughout the client visit to ensure a positive experience and build customer loyalty.
- Create strong first impressions through polite and professional customer service.
- Manage bookings and schedule appointments efficiently to optimize team availability.
- Maintain and oversee the appointment calendar to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle front desk operations including customer coordination and walk-ins.
- Address customer complaints calmly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers through courteous and effective communication.
- Support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities at the center.
