Role Overview
Shubharambh Productions Private Limited is seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing high-quality 3D designs and visualizations for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, stage setups, brand activations, product launches, and experiential spaces.
The role requires strong creative visualization, spatial understanding, technical knowledge, and the ability to convert client briefs and creative concepts into realistic and production-feasible 3D designs.
3D Design & Concept Development
- Create high-quality 3D designs and realistic visualizations for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and brand activations.
- Develop stage designs, exhibition stalls, booths, backdrops, kiosks, installations, experiential zones, and event environments.
- Convert 2D concepts, sketches, client briefs, and creative ideas into detailed 3D models and renders.
- Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client requirements, event themes, brand guidelines, and venue limitations.
- Prepare multiple design options and creative concepts based on project requirements.
3D Visualization & Rendering
- Produce high-quality 3D renders, perspectives, elevations, and walkthroughs for client presentations and internal approvals.
- Create realistic lighting, materials, textures, finishes, and environments to effectively present the proposed design.
- Develop 3D visualizations that clearly communicate the final look and feel of the event space.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback and project requirements.
Event & Exhibition Design
- Design stages, truss structures, exhibition booths, stalls, branding structures, registration areas, photo opportunities, lounges, and other event installations.
- Understand event spaces and develop designs according to venue dimensions, ceiling heights, entry/exit points, audience movement, and technical limitations.
- Ensure designs are practical and suitable for fabrication and on-site execution.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure the designs can be executed accurately.
Collaboration & Project Execution
- Work closely with Creative, Client Servicing, Production, Operations, and Fabrication teams to understand project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for event concepts and spatial experiences.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams while maintaining design quality and creative intent.
- Coordinate with fabrication and production teams during the execution stage to resolve design-related issues.
Technical & Production Support
- Prepare accurate drawings, dimensions, layouts, elevations, and other technical design references required for production.
- Ensure designs consider materials, fabrication methods, structural requirements, lighting, branding, and installation feasibility.
- Provide design support during the production and execution process whenever required.
- Make necessary design changes based on site conditions and production requirements.
Quality Control & File Management
- Ensure all 3D models, renders, drawings, and artwork are accurate and presentation-ready.
- Maintain organized project files, source files, textures, models, and design versions.
- Ensure consistency between approved designs and final production execution.
- Pay close attention to dimensions, proportions, detailing, materials, and finishing.
Project Management
- Manage multiple 3D design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced event environment.
- Prioritize tasks according to project deadlines and client requirements.
- Deliver designs, renders, and revisions within agreed timelines.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines, especially during active event projects.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in 3D design and visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of 3D modelling, lighting, materials, textures, rendering, and spatial design.
- Strong understanding of event, exhibition, stage, and experiential design.
- Excellent creative visualization and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong understanding of dimensions, scale, proportions, and spatial planning.
- Ability to create realistic and visually compelling renders.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in an Event Management Agency, Experiential Marketing Agency, Exhibition Company, Advertising Agency, or Event Production Company will be preferred.
- Experience in designing corporate event stages, exhibition stalls, booths, brand activations, conferences, and experiential spaces.
- Experience working with fabrication and production teams will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, event structures, and on-site execution will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating event and experiential 3D work will be highly preferred.
