Position: Project Manager – PEB/Structural Projects

Qualification:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 10–15 Years of experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building), Structural Steel, Industrial, Commercial, and Infrastructure Projects.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering PEB and structural steel projects within the stipulated timeline, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing site operations, client coordination, contractor management, and project execution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of PEB and structural steel projects.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams.
- Site Management
- Supervise all site activities including erection, fabrication, and structural installation.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at the site.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Mentor and guide project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Implement quality assurance procedures and corrective actions when required.
- Conduct inspections and monitor workmanship standards.
- Safety Management
- Ensure strict implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
- Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Maintain a safe working environment across project sites.
- Cost & Budget Control
- Monitor project costs and resource utilization.
- Review contractor bills and project expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project records, progress reports, DPRs, MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Track project KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PEB structures, steel fabrication, and erection processes.
- Expertise in project planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
