Plot & Pin is a luxury women's pattern development studio specializing in couture inspired pattern engineering for fashion brands. We develop production-ready patterns and document the craftsmanship behind exceptional garment construction.
We're looking for a creative individual who enjoys photography, visual storytelling, design documentation, and creating beautiful brand content.
Responsibilities
Photography & Documentation
- Photograph garments, patterns, prototypes, and finished samples.
- Capture behind the scenes content during fittings and pattern development.
- Maintain an organized archive of photographs and project files.
- Document the complete design process from concept to finished garment.
Content Creation
- Create Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and reels.
- Edit photographs and videos.
- Design visually consistent graphics aligned with the brand identity.
- Assist in planning content calendars.
Website
- Help organize and upload content to the company website.
- Prepare product pages.
- Maintain visual consistency across the website.
Design Documentation
- Compile process documentation into professional PDFs.
- Organize technical drawings, mood boards, references, and development images.
- Create presentations and lookbooks.
- Maintain digital files in a structured manner.
General Creative Support
- Assist during photoshoots.
- Organize visual assets.
- Help with branding materials when required.
- Support other creative projects across the studio.
Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Lightroom (preferred)
- Canva (optional but useful)
- Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut)
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, and photography
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent English communication
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in:

- Communication Design
or
- Equivalent portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
