Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to review, analyse, and develop high-quality documentation for Global Talent Visa (GTV) and Innovator Founder Visa (IFV) applications. This role requires exceptional research, analytical, and writing abilities, with a strong focus on producing documentation that meets the highest professional, technical, and academic standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing original research during their Master's degree or hold a PhD from a reputable institution in India or abroad. They should also possess a strong understanding of modern technology domains to accurately interpret and communicate complex technical achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse candidate profiles, technical achievements, patents, publications, awards, and supporting evidence.
- Research, draft, edit, and refine high-quality documentation for Global Talent and Innovator Founder visa applications.
- Translate complex technical concepts, innovations, and professional accomplishments into clear, persuasive, and well-structured narratives.
- Conduct in-depth research to strengthen application content with credible evidence, technical references, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is factually accurate, grammatically flawless, professionally presented, and aligned with visa requirements.
- Collaborate with candidates and internal stakeholders to collect, organise, validate, and present technical information effectively.
- Maintain consistency, clarity, and compliance across all application documents.
- Perform comprehensive quality reviews to ensure documentation meets internal quality standards and external immigration requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and writing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory) from a recognised institution.
- Strong passion for technical writing, research, and documentation.
- Excellent written English with exceptional grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, research, critical analysis, and fact-checking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while consistently meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or another related technical discipline.
- Published technical research papers in reputed journals, conferences, or recognised publications.
- Experience in technical writing, academic writing, engineering documentation, scientific documentation, patent writing, grant writing, or research documentation.
- Experience preparing professional reports, white papers, technical proposals, research papers, or evidence-based documentation.
- Familiarity with visa, immigration, legal, or evidence-based documentation is an added advantage.
Technical Knowledge (Highly Preferred)
Candidates should be comfortable understanding the responsibilities and technical achievements of Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Experts, Cloud Architects, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, Technical Architects, CTOs, Engineering Managers, Startup Founders, and other technology professionals.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
