Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Partnership Associate / Business Development Executive to build and strengthen strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and educational organizations across Jaipur and other cities in India.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys meeting new people, developing partnerships, and achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard colleges, universities, and educational institutions for strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), placement cells, faculty coordinators, department heads, and institutional decision-makers.
- Promote Hackingly's hackathons, coding competitions, workshops, bootcamps, internships, and other academic initiatives.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Schedule and conduct online and offline meetings with institutional stakeholders.
- Present Hackingly's offerings, negotiate partnership terms, and close collaboration agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful planning and execution of partnered events.
- Represent the company at college visits, education fairs, seminars, conferences, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and partnerships using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual partnership and revenue targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, partnership progress, and market insights.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, EdTech, SaaS, or Client Relationship Management will be an added advantage.

Travel Requirement
This role requires frequent travel within Jaipur and occasionally to other cities across India for client meetings, partnership development, institutional visits, and event execution. Candidates should be comfortable with regular travel based on business requirements.
