Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer with 5+ years of industry and training experience in the EdTech or Education sector. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and online training, designing course content, mentoring students, and preparing them for industry careers through practical learning and real-time projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver engaging classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions on Digital Marketing.
- Explain concepts using real-time case studies, live campaigns, and practical demonstrations.
- Ensure students gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and learning progress.
Curriculum Development
- Design, update, and enhance Digital Marketing course content based on current industry trends.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Introduce new tools, technologies, and marketing strategies into the curriculum.
- Ensure training aligns with current industry requirements.

Train students on the following topics:

Practical & Project-Based Learning
- Guide students in live projects and capstone assignments.
- Help students create and manage live digital marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate project performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage portfolio development and practical implementation.
Student Mentoring
- Mentor students on career planning and industry expectations.
- Conduct mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and soft skills training.
- Guide students in obtaining industry certifications.
- Support students during internships and placement preparation.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct quizzes, assignments, practical tests, and final assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Provide regular feedback and improvement plans.
- Prepare training reports and batch performance summaries.
Placement Support
- Coordinate with the Placement Team for student readiness.
- Train students in interview preparation and communication skills.
- Conduct aptitude tests, mock interviews, and technical interview sessions.
- Ensure students are job-ready before placement drives.
Research & Development
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, Google algorithm updates, and advertising platforms.
- Continuously improve training methodologies and learning materials.
- Participate in faculty development programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing concepts and tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and Search Console.
- WordPress website development and landing page optimization.
- Knowledge of AI tools used in Digital Marketing.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Strong mentoring and student engagement skills.

Educational Qualification

- MBA (Marketing) is preferred.
- Digital Marketing certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar platforms are highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Training.
- Experience in the EdTech, Education, or Training industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in training students, professionals, or corporate employees.
- Experience in handling classroom, online, and hybrid training batches.
- Strong understanding of current Digital Marketing trends and AI-powered marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
