Job Title: Executive Assistant
Experience: 7+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end executive support to the CEO.
- Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market, competitor, and supplier research.
- Support international sourcing, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with global suppliers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Manage professional communication and documentation.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, research tools) for productivity.
Required Skills
- 7+ years as an EA to CXOs/Founders/Directors.
- Preferred background: Interiors, Architecture, Creative, Building Materials, Tech, or Procurement. (additional advantage)
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. (Mandate)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI tools.
- High confidentiality, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
