Position Summary
The AGM – Hotel Project will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of the hotel project within approved timelines, quality standards, and budgets. The incumbent will act as the single-point coordinator between management, consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities, ensuring smooth project delivery from construction through completion and handover.
The role requires strong technical expertise in civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and interior fit-out works, along with excellent project coordination and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Take overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of the hotel project.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate construction activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Technical Oversight
- Review and monitor civil, structural, MEP, and interior works.
- Ensure proper integration and coordination among all disciplines.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Evaluate technical proposals, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, project management consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular review meetings with consultants and contractors.
- Ensure timely resolution of design, execution, and site-related issues.
- Liaise with statutory authorities wherever required.
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Review contractor bills and recommend payments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and timelines.
- Assist management in evaluating variations and change orders.
Quality & Safety Management
- Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.
- Present project status, key achievements, risks, delays, budget updates, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and progress reports.
- Develop dashboards for tracking project performance indicators.
Project Close-Out
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
- Ensure completion of all statutory approvals and documentation.
- Facilitate smooth transition of the project to the operations team.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management will be an advantage.
