Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communication and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage customer complaints through effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), and timely closure.
- Coordinate and participate in customer visits, customer audits, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Lead and coordinate certification, surveillance, and recertification audits, including:
- ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, CE Certification, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 / Occupational Health & Safety Management System
- Prepare, maintain, and control quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, process documents, audit reports, and compliance records.
- Monitor Quality Objectives, KPIs, process compliance, and overall effectiveness of management systems.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Drive shop floor improvement activities such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Visual Management, Waste Reduction, and Process Standardization.
- Facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and ensure effective implementation of action points.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, statutory requirements, and applicable quality standards.
- Support new product development, process changes, and quality improvement projects from a system compliance perspective.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong exposure to certification, customer, surveillance, and third-party audits.
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, documentation control, and quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience in handling customer complaints and implementing CAPA.
- Good understanding of continual improvement methodologies and shop floor quality systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer interactions, audit activities, and cross-functional coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Core Quality Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan
- Hands-on experience with 7QC Tools.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, and process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
