Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Life Insurance Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as a personal risk consultant, helping individuals and families secure their financial future. You won’t just be selling policies; you will be providing peace of mind by analyzing needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to recommend suitable life insurance products (Term, Whole Life, Endowment, etc.).
- Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing policyholders to ensure their coverage evolves with their life stages (marriage, children, retirement).
- Policy Processing: Assist clients through the application, medical underwriting, and documentation process.
- Claims Support: Serve as a compassionate point of contact for beneficiaries during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and regulatory changes in the insurance sector.

- Education: Any Degree must
- Licensing: Must possess Two-wheeler with license
- Ethics: High level of integrity and a commitment to putting the client’s best interests first.
