We are seeking a skilled VMC Setter cum Programmer to set up, operate, and program Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). The candidate will be responsible for preparing VMC programs, setting tools and fixtures, and ensuring accurate machining as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating & Set up VMC machines, including tooling, fixtures, and work offsets
- Create and edit VMC programs
- Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
- Perform trial runs and ensure quality of machined components
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain production records and ensure adherence to safety standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in VMC setting and programming (Fanuc/Siemens/Doosan preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
Preferred Skills:
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge
- Experience with 4 & 5 Axis Machine
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
