Job Responsibilities:*
* Manage daily resort operations including Guest Services, Accommodation, Housekeeping & Food & Beverage
* Supervise and guide resort staff for smooth operations
* Handle guest relations and ensure high hospitality standards
* Coordinate safari operations and guest activities
* Monitor resort performance and operational efficiency
* Maintain excellent service quality and guest satisfaction
*Key Requirements:*
✅ Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field preferred
✅ 3–8 years of experience in Resort / Wildlife Tourism Operations
✅ Strong leadership, communication & team management skills
✅ Experience in guest relations and operational management
✅ Knowledge of wildlife tourism and safari operations will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
