Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain candidate database and hiring records
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hiring portals
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
