Position: Security Manager
Location: VGP Heritage, Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall security operations of VGP Heritage.
- Supervise security staff, duty rosters, and discipline.
- Ensure the safety of guests, employees, property, and assets.
- Oversee CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency response.
- Coordinate security arrangements for events and VIP visits.
- Investigate incidents and submit reports to management.
- Liaise with local authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of security management experience (hospitality preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, security protocols, and emergency handling.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and event days.
