Positions Available:
Associate Lawyer: Experience of minimum 2 years in required field
Department: Real Estate (Non-Litigation)
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Title Investigation: Preparation of detailed Title Search Reports (TSR) of properties (including land and projects) for lenders, developers, and individual buyers.
- Verification of Government Land Records and Mutation Entries: Thoroughly verification of the land records such as property cards, 7/12 extracts and contents of mutation entries mentioned in Marathi.
- Vetting of Documents: Reviewing, analyzing, and vetting original title deeds and historical chain documents.
- Legal Drafting: Drafting a wide range of real estate documents, including RERA Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Lease Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, and Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements (PAAAs) etc.
- Research & Advisory: Conducting thorough research on property laws, local land revenue regulations, and municipal rules to draft comprehensive Legal Opinions for clients.
Candidate Profile:
Education: LL.B or BLS LL.B degree.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Marathi are mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable reading local land records and communicating effectively.
Skills:
Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
Fair knowledge and practical command over MS Word (formatting, editing)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
