We are a leading manufacturer of industrial instrumentation products and automation solutions, serving industries including Water & Wastewater (WTP, STP, ETP), Process Industries, Power, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, and Manufacturing. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in Lucknow and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell industrial instrumentation products and automation solutions.
- Visit customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, system integrators, dealers, and end users.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, proposal, and production teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
- Support payment follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
- Experience: Fresher to 3 years in industrial instrumentation, automation, process control, or technical sales.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of industrial instrumentation products such as Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, Analytical Instruments, Control Valves, PLC, SCADA, and Automation Systems is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Lucknow and nearby regions.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
