Maintenance Technician for a reputed 4 star hotel at Thrissur . Candidate must have experienced in the role as supervisor with a minimum period of 3 years.
Key requirements:
Team leadership and supervision.
Guest service and repairs.
Energy conservation.
Preventive maintenance of electrical and electronic equipements.
Knowledge in operating STP-WTP.
Performing regular inspection.
Handling emergency repairs.
Experience to do PPM over all areas of hotel premises.
Ensuring compliance with health , safety and brand standards.
Awareness in submitting daily report .
Looking for candidate who have experienced in hospitality sector only .
Minimum two year experience as technician in hospitality industry.
Salary Package -20000 to 23000 per month
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
