Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, performance, and reliability of digital applications, including websites, mobile applications, patient portals, middleware integrations, and APIs. The QA Analyst will collaborate closely with development, product, and support teams to validate new features, identify defects, and ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web and mobile applications.
- Validate middleware integrations, APIs, and backend services to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and verify fixes.
- Conduct production validation after deployments to ensure system stability and successful releases.
- Verify application performance, usability, compatibility, and responsiveness across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide quality-focused feedback during project planning.
- Support release management activities and ensure all quality gates are met before production deployment.
- Maintain detailed testing documentation, reports, and quality metrics.
- Assist in developing and improving QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify potential usability and functional issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software within project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar).
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Familiarity with SQL and database validation.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
