About the Role: Zenova Global is hiring dedicated, fluent Cold Callers to work with US Real Estate investors and acquisition teams. You will be conducting outbound calls to property owners across North America to qualify motivated sellers and set appointments for acquisitions managers. Key Responsibilities: Handle high-volume outbound calling via automated cloud dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools). Engage homeowners with confidence, follow standard qualifying scripts, and handle common objections. Accurately update call notes, lead statuses, and seller details in the CRM. Maintain consistent daily calling activity targets (300+ dials/day). Requirements: Exceptional verbal English communication skills (neutral, fluent accent). Prior experience in international calling, US BPO, or outbound lead generation is preferred. Must be comfortable working full night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Mon–Fri). Dedicated workspace with a laptop/PC (minimum 8GB RAM), high-speed fiber internet, and a noise-cancelling USB headset.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
