We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor – Industrial Automation to supervise and coordinate industrial automation projects at customer sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising installation activities, coordinating with engineers and technicians, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting timely project execution while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for industrial automation projects.
- Coordinate installation, wiring, and commissioning activities with the project team.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise technicians, electricians, and subcontractors at the project site.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimum productivity.
- Report daily site progress, issues, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth site execution.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and customer safety requirements.
- Verify material availability and maintain site inventory records.
- Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, Robotics, and Electrical Control Panel installation and integration activities.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper site documentation, checklists, and work completion records.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Industrial Automation or Electrical Project Execution.
- Experience supervising installation and commissioning activities at industrial sites.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Robotics, and Electrical Control Systems.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage technicians and subcontractors efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Maharashtra and nearby states.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on exposure to FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, or Rockwell automation systems.
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or process industries.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, cable schedules, and control panel installations.
- Good problem-solving, planning, and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
