Key Responsibilities

Support ER Operations: Assist senior HR staff in logging, tracking, and resolving day-to-day employee queries and minor grievances.

Engagement & Culture: Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and morale-boosting events.

Policy Communication: Assist in updating, distributing, and explaining company policies, handbooks, and workplace guidelines to staff.

Documentation & Records: Maintain confidential employee relations logs, track attendance/leave patterns, and document meeting minutes or feedback sessions.

Exit Feedback: Assist in scheduling and summarizing exit interviews to spot workplace trends or areas for improvement. Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
