Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
- Excellent video editing and content creation skills.
- Experience with professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
- Ability to shoot high-quality videos and photos using cameras or smartphones.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is an advantage.
- Knowledge of photography, lighting, and basic audio recording techniques is a plus.
- Interest or knowledge of chess is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Job Description
- Shoot high-quality videos and photos for social media campaigns, events, products, and promotional content.
- Edit long-form videos, short-form videos, reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital content using Adobe, Canva, or similar professional editing tools.
- Create engaging visual content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
- Develop and execute social media content strategies to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform performance to optimize content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of videos and social media posts.
- Organize and manage digital media assets, including videos, photos, and graphics.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and platform best practices.
Location: Karvenagar, Pune

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
