Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing channels.Drive high-quality lead generation while maximizing campaign ROI.
Monitor and improve campaign performance using key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, bid management, and budget optimization.Collaborate with the Creative, Content, and Admissions teams to build high-converting campaigns and landing pages.Track, analyze, and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Strong expertise in:
Google Ads
Meta Ads ManagerGoogle Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Performance reporting and analytics tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the Education industry.Knowledge of SEO, Landing Page Optimization, CRM platforms, and Marketing Automation.Experience with lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and marketing funnel analysis.
