We are looking for a talented and technically skilled Videographer & Social Media Content Creator to produce high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media campaigns, brand promotions, and other digital platforms.
The candidate should have hands-on experience operating professional/advanced cameras and be comfortable managing camera settings, lenses, lighting, composition, framing, and basic audio. The role will primarily focus on video shooting, with basic editing skills required to create polished short-form content.
Key Responsibilites -
Professional Video Shooting
- Shoot high-quality Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, product videos, events, behind-the-scenes content, and other branded content.
- Operate professional cameras and related equipment confidently.
- Select appropriate lenses, focal lengths, and camera settings based on the shooting environment and creative requirements.
- Set up and manage lighting for different types of shoots.
- Record clean and usable audio using microphones and basic audio equipment.
- Plan and execute different camera angles, compositions, movements, and creative shots.
- Shoot vertical and horizontal content based on platform requirements.
- Capture multiple takes, B-roll, close-ups, establishing shots, and other supporting footage.
- Ensure proper exposure, focus, color, framing, and overall image quality.
- Troubleshoot basic camera, lighting, audio, and equipment-related issues.
Basic Video Editing
- Perform basic editing of Videos, Reels and short-form videos.
- Select and organize the best footage from shoots.
- Cut and sequence clips to create a smooth and engaging video.
- Add basic transitions, text, captions, music, sound effects, and simple graphics.
- Perform basic color correction and audio adjustments.
- Format and export videos in appropriate resolutions and aspect ratios for social-media platforms.
- Make basic revisions based on creative or marketing feedback.
Preferred Equipment Experience
Experience working with professional equipment such as:
- Sony / Canon / Nikon / Fujifilm / Panasonic cameras
- Prime and zoom lenses
- Gimbals and stabilizers
- Professional lighting equipment
- Wireless and shotgun microphones
- Tripods and monopods
- External monitors/recorders
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
