About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to handle premium customer advisory, complex automobile sales, and team mentorship within Qlocar’s multi-brand automotive ecosystem.
The role focuses on premium customer handling, relationship management, cross-sell leadership, and mentoring junior sales executives while driving high-value sales and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle premium and high-value customer consultations
- Advise customers across multi-brand vehicle segments including EVs and luxury vehicles
- Manage complete sales cycle from consultation to post-delivery relationship
- Build referral networks and repeat customer business
- Mentor and guide junior Sales Executives
- Drive cross-sell opportunities including insurance, loans, accessories, and trade-ins
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and customer relationship management
Customer Segments Handled
- Luxury & premium vehicle buyers
- EV and hybrid vehicle customers
- Used car upgrade and exchange customers
- Business and commercial vehicle buyers
- High-value family fleet customers
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 5–10+ years of experience in multi-brand automobile sales
- Experience in premium or luxury vehicle advisory preferred
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
- Team mentoring experience preferred
- EV ecosystem or premium used car experience is an added advantage
