Production Supervisor (1 Position)
Location: Howrah, West Bengal
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (Gross/Month)
Age Limit: 25–30 years
Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc. (Chemistry - Hons)
Experience: 1–5 years in chemical manufacturing (Valve industry preferred)
Shift: Rotational shifts required
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Allocate tasks and manage shop floor workforce efficiently.
- Monitor production output and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure safe usage and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Train and guide workers on operational procedures and safety practices.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and submit production performance reports.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and company policies.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
