We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and career-focused individuals who are eager to start their journey in Human Resources and US Recruitment.
This internship provides hands-on experience with the complete recruitment lifecycle while working with experienced recruiters in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates.
- Contact candidates through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters.
- Maintain candidate information in ATS and internal databases.
- Learn and support the complete US recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation (Final Year students may apply).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet research skills.
- Willingness to work the Night Shift (US Shift).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
