Role Overview
We are seeking empathetic, enthusiastic individuals - including college students, fresh graduates, or passionate tutors - to provide hands-on teaching and skill-building support for children with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist children with basic academics, functional literacy, and numeracy.
- Facilitate foundational skill-training activities and interactive learning tasks.
- Maintain a patient, encouraging, and structured learning setting.
- Follow customized instructional plans guided by the Lead Special Educator.
Requirements & Eligibility
- College students, graduates, or anyone with a genuine passion for teaching children.
- High patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Prior experience with special needs children is a bonus, but not mandatory (mentorship and guidance will be provided).
