The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering complex technology and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder alignment, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of business-critical initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project governance capabilities, along with experience working in fast-paced technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
AI & Technology Project Management
- Manage AI, cloud, digital transformation, software development, and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with AI, Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support implementation of AI-powered solutions, enterprise platforms, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Track project performance, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Collaborate with leadership, business teams, clients, vendors, and technology partners.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, and steering committee discussions.
- Communicate project progress, risks, challenges, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
Risk & Resource Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Optimize resource allocation and project utilization.
- Manage project budgets and cost controls.
Agile & Process Excellence
- Drive Agile, Scrum, and project management best practices.
- Monitor project KPIs, quality standards, and delivery metrics.
- Promote continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Support PMO initiatives and project governance frameworks.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional project teams and foster collaboration.
- Mentor team members and support high-performance project delivery.
- Encourage innovation, accountability, and ownership within project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Technology Delivery.
- Proven track record of managing complex technology projects from initiation to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
