Job Summary:-
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and coordination. Candidates from the IT industry will be preferred, though applicants from other industries with relevant HR experience are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Required Skills:-
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and LinkedIn hiring.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Good understanding of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
