Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and understand user behavior, pain points, and expectations.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and overall visual language.
- Improve usability and user experience through feedback and testing.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and product design.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and responsive design.
- Strong creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects, case studies, or creative work is a plus.
- For interns: eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- For full-time candidates: prior experience in product design/UI-UX is preferred.
Good to Have:
- Understanding of interaction design and design systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or frontend concepts.
- Experience designing SaaS, AI, or mobile-first products.
