PaChi Living is a modern home furnishings and interior design company based in Gurugram, Haryana. We specialize in custom, made-to-order furniture and end-to-end home makeovers, offering viral, theme-based design packages. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a driven sales leader to build out our B2B partnership network across the Delhi NCR region while accelerating our B2C direct sales.
The Role
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Head of Sales and Business Development to act as the primary growth engine for PaChi Living. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales pipeline. You will bridge the gap between B2B relationship building—partnering with the professionals who design and build homes—and B2C sales, ensuring customers have a high-touch, frictionless path from discovery to purchase (including through our direct WhatsApp channels).
This is a builder’s role. For the first six months, you will operate on a high-upside commission structure to prove traction, with a clear, performance-based conversion to a salaried FTE role.
What You’ll Do
- Forge B2B Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and close partnership agreements with interior designers, regional builders, and property agencies across Delhi NCR to establish PaChi Living as a preferred furnishings vendor.
- Drive B2C Revenue: Create and execute strategies to capture direct consumer leads, managing the touchpoints that convert inquiries into closed orders.
- Build the Pipeline: Develop an outbound prospecting strategy to consistently generate new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C segments.
- Market Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the local market, bringing feedback from design partners and retail customers back to the product team to refine our offerings and positioning.
- Process Creation: Set up foundational sales tracking and lead management systems to scale our growth effectively.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have 2–4 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within home furnishings, real estate, interior design, or a related lifestyle sector.
- A "Hunter" Mentality: You thrive on generating new leads, knocking on doors (literally or digitally), and closing deals.
- Local Network: You have a strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market and are comfortable navigating its B2B real estate and design landscape.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can seamlessly code-switch between presenting a B2B volume deal to a regional builder and consulting a B2C customer on their living room setup.
- Results-Oriented: You are motivated by performance-based upside and confident in your ability to hit the targets required for FTE conversion.

- Digital Sales Savvy: Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms (such as Instagram and Facebook) and digital channels to generate buzz, engage with communities, and drive direct digital sales.
The Offer
- Months 1–6: Highly competitive, uncapped commission structure based on generated revenue.
- Month 6 Onward: Evaluation for full-time conversion (Base Salary + Commission) upon hitting agreed-upon performance milestones.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
