Responsibilities
- To establish metrics and carefully monitor the utilization of AWS resources on a wide scale by making use of highly sophisticated Amazon Cloud Watch.
- Perform AWS on premise resources backup from time to time by making extensive use of AWS services.
- Creating and managing VPC, URL proxies, C2S access points Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Effectively monitor billing and develop cost optimization strategies
- To manage disaster recovery processes
- Managing full AWS Lifecycle, Provisioning, Automation and Security
- Performing software upgrades. Kernel patching
Skills
- Experience with infrastructure as a service
- Experience in Installing, configuring and supporting servers
- Experience in configuring and monitoring firewalls, routers, switches and other network devices.
- Knowledge on LAN/WAN Networking
- Experience with Linux as power user or administrator
- Experience with production deployment, monitoring and operational support
- Know how on S3, Cognito, API Gateway, Step Function and Lambda
- Experience with MySQL database
- Experience with ELK Stack
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT
- Familiarity with stream processing tools such as Apache Kafka
- Familiarity with continuous integration
