Position Summary
The Vice President – Human Resources will lead the complete Human Resources function across multiple manufacturing locations and corporate offices. The role is responsible for building a high-performance culture, strengthening organizational capability, ensuring statutory compliance, developing future leaders, and aligning people strategies with the company's aggressive growth plans.
The incumbent will serve as a strategic advisor to the Board and leadership team while providing hands-on leadership across talent acquisition, industrial relations, employee engagement, organizational development, HR digital transformation, ESG, and succession planning.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 15–25 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Minimum 10 years in manufacturing.
- Experience in plastics, polymers, chemicals, recycling, automotive, engineering, metals, FMCG, or process industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-unit manufacturing operations.
- Strong industrial relations background.
- Experience building HR functions during periods of rapid growth.
- Exposure to IPO-ready or professionally governed organizations is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Willing to travel regularly between corporate office and manufacturing plants.
