Position Summary:

As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant for the Service to Customer (S2C) area in SAP S/4HANA, you will shape our SAP S/4HANA solution to perfectly support our global service processes. An exciting transformation project awaits you, involving the transition from the existing SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will primarily contribute to the development and implementation of the global template and work in a service hub for the rollout.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

You will actively contribute to our global transformation program from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and support the standardization and simplification of our global process landscape

In your role you are the central IT contact person for our business groups in the service area (Inhouse Repair, Returns Management, CRM Integration, …)

You will work closely with the business groups to collect, review, and prioritize business needs in the service area for our ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation

You will coordinate the implementation with the relevant parties

You are in close coordination and collaboration with our internal and external consultants in a dynamic project environment
Experience and Education Requirements:

A relevant engineering degree or Business Administration with IT with more than 5+ years of overall IT experience.
