Job Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed layouts
- Create 3D designs and visualizations using software like SketchUp, Lumion, or similar
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget
- Prepare material selections, mood boards, and presentations
- Visit sites for measurements, supervision, and execution support
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
- Handle electrical & plumbing layout coordination (basic understanding required)
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software (Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape)
- Strong design sense, space planning, and detailing knowledge
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or related field
