MEP Manager
Experience
Minimum of 9 to 11 years of experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field, with extensive project management exposure.
Educational Qualification
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP design and installation projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specifications.
Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure proper implementation of MEP designs and systems.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Prepare, review, and approve MEP drawings and specifications using relevant design tools.
Requirements
Proven experience in MEP project management within building or infrastructure projects.
Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D for MEP design and coordination.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC system design and implementation.
Ability to manage and coordinate fire protection and fire fighting systems including advance fire fighting technologies.
Experience with water chiller system design and commissioning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have (Skills)
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
Experience with LEED certification or sustainable building practices.
Working knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and systems.
Proficiency in other CAD software or engineering simulation tools is a plus.
