Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to lead the complete operations of our Rubber & Plastic Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing production, quality control, manpower, machinery, inventory, and safety while ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the complete manufacturing process of rubber & plastic product.
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet dispatch timelines.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, raw materials, and manpower.
- Supervise production supervisors, machine operators, helpers, maintenance staff, and housekeeping teams.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor rubber mixing, molding, curing, finishing, and packing processes.
- Reduce production wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Monitor raw material inventory, finished goods stock, and production reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and statutory requirements.
- Train and motivate factory employees to improve productivity and discipline.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports for management.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and factory operations.
- Experience in handling production workers and supervisors.
- Knowledge of quality control and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in Rubber Manufacturing, Rubber Tiles, Rubber Flooring, Construction Materials, or similar industries will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory management.
- Age: 40 years or above.
- Must be a local resident.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, inventory control, and workforce management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
