Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver daily 1-on-1 structured training sessions to enhance team capability and confidence
- Set clear monthly performance goals aligned with organizational objectives, and drive the team to achieve them
- Provide continuous guidance, feedback, and performance tracking to ensure consistent improvement
- Identify individual strengths and develop personalized growth plans for each team member
- Drive business growth through effective team coordination, client engagement, and networking
- Monitor team activities, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies for better outcomes
- Build strong professional relationships with clients and maintain long-term engagement
