Job Roles
- Job Responsibilities – Sales Executive (Women's Ethnic Wear)
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations on sarees, lehengas, kurtis, salwar suits, ethnic fusion wear.
- Assist customers with styling suggestions, fabric selection, color coordination, and outfit combinations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of products, including fabrics, embroidery, craftsmanship, sizing, and current fashion trends.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are properly displayed, folded, tagged, and replenished.
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, stock replenishment, and reporting low-stock items to management.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards within the showroom at all times.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, festive collections, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
- Follow store policies regarding attendance, grooming standards, and customer service protocols.
- Stay updated on seasonal collections, ethnic wear trends, and competitor offerings.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
