About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Analytics
team as a Senior Executive. The candidate will be responsible for implementing
and managing web analytics solutions, ensuring accurate tracking through Google
Tag Manager (GTM), analyzing website performance using Google Analytics, and
delivering actionable insights to clients. The role requires strong stakeholder
management skills along with a solid understanding of digital analytics and data
interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
Tag Management & Analytics Implementation
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups from scratch
- across multiple client websites.
- Configure and deploy tracking for user interactions, events, conversions, e-
- commerce, and other business KPIs.
- Conduct QA and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and tracking
- integrity.
- Collaborate with development teams to facilitate analytics implementation
- requirements.
- Google Analytics Management
- Configure and maintain Google Analytics (GA4) properties and reporting
- setups.
- Monitor website and campaign performance through analytics dashboards.
- Ensure data collection aligns with business and measurement objectives.
- Create custom reports, explorations, and performance dashboards.
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign
- performance.
- Extract meaningful insights and provide recommendations to improve website
- performance and marketing effectiveness.

- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement through data-driven

- Prepare periodic performance reports and executive summaries.
- Client Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for analytics-related client requirements.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into measurement
- frameworks.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to internal and external
- stakeholders.
- Address client queries and ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.
- Reporting & Data Management
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, validation, and
- visualization.
- Perform data quality checks and reconcile data discrepancies when required.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from clients and internal
- teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Business
- Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- implementation from scratch.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables,
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data manipulation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in interpreting data and generating actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with Looker Studio/Data Studio reporting.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and website tagging concepts.

- Familiarity with Consent Mode, Enhanced Conversions, and server-side

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
