ob Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Production to oversee the manufacturing of Bio Fertilizers, Bio Pesticides, and Bio Stimulants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in microbial production processes, fermentation, quality control coordination, and production planning while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily production activities as per the production schedule.
- Supervise the manufacturing process of Bio Fertilizers, Bio Pesticides, and Bio Stimulants.
- Monitor fermentation, microbial culture preparation, inoculation, incubation, blending, formulation, and packaging processes.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Monitor production parameters and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR).
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Minimize production losses, wastage, and downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the production area.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments for timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Train and guide production operators and technicians on manufacturing procedures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified timelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations related to manufacturing.
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of Bio Fertilizer, Bio Pesticide, and Bio Stimulant manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of microbial fermentation and culture handling.
- Knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Basic understanding of quality systems and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
